Belling Machine

Our belling machine is fully automatic, which comes with the suitable feeding and traction devices, as well as the related program interface. It can not only work together with the pipe extruder, but also be used as a single machine. During the pipe expanding process, the tubing only moves by parallel shifts, which provides stable and accurate action. Also, the pipe can not be damaged easily.

This belling machine is double heating furnace type, which utilizes the infrared heating method. Each heating furnace has a center heating core. The molding process takes advantage of the pipe head sizing method, and the molding size of pipe orifice is accurate.

The control panel of our machine is designed with a change-over switch, which can adopt either expanded-solvent type socket (straight mouth) or the expanded elastic sealing ring type socket (R mouth). It is extremely convenient to select the pipe expanding method, and our machine gives strong technological adaptability. Major electrical components are imported products. The system has stable and reliable performance.
