PE/PP/ABS Board/Sheet Extrusion Line

This PE/PP/ABS board/sheet extrusion line is mostly used for the production of sheets, thick boards, and super-thick boards, which are derived from such raw materials as PP, PE, ABS, and PS. The maximum effective width of board is 1800mm, and the thickness varies from 0.2mm to 30mm.

This board is made by the entire extrusion molding of polypropylene resin. It possesses light weight, no toxicity, corrosion resistance, great insulation, wear resistance, easy machining, as well as good mechanical and temperature-resistance properties. Additionally, it is characterized by strong integrity, flat surface, high smoothness, and some others. Our board or sheet can be extensively applied in food, chemical industry, pharmaceutical, construction, transportation, and other areas. It can replace stainless steel and other structural materials.
