Heavy Hexagonal Wire Netting

Also named big type hexagonal mesh, the heavy hexagonal wire netting has big aperture for the hexagonal hole. It can be made into gabion cage for extensive use. The product can be used for controlling and guiding water or flood, protecting river bank and preventing rock breaking to achieve preventing water loss and soil erosion, protecting bridge and strengthening soil structure. It can also be employed in other area such as protection engineering of seaside area, seaport engineering, isolation wall, road protection, etc.

The heavy hexagonal wire netting is made of galvanized low carbon steel wire with the tensile strength of 38kg/m2. The diameter of the adopted steel wire ranges from 2.0mm to 4.0mm. The thickness of the galvanization layer can be in line with the request of customers. We can produce the product with the maximum galvanization quantity of 300g/m2. The PVC coated product has longer service lifetime and better corrosion resistance.

Classification
The heavy hexagonal wire netting can be divided into normally twisted type and reverse twisted type according to the weaving process. It can also be classified into the following types according to the processing modes.
