Description
The WDJ turbo mill is primarily appropriate for smashing and processing the materials of medium or low hardness. The grinding fineness is adjustable among 30 to 325 meshes. Working Principle
The motor drives the principle axis and turbine to rotate speedily. Through the high speed rotation, a huge amount of air will be sucked in, and the material together with the airflow will rotate along with the turbine. The smashing area is compactly constituted by the abrasive bricks on the turbines and screen ring, thus allowing the materials in the rotating airflow to tightly rub against or strongly impact onto the inside edge of the turbine blade. Simultaneously, the material will be reground. When the material is ground to the powder with the desired fineness, it will be discharged after having been filtered out via the screen. During such process, the large amount of air sucked by the turbine plays the role to cool the machine, grind material, and convey the fine powder. The material fineness depends on the material property, the screen size, as well as the amount of material and air.
