RCM Rubber Pulverizer
Working Principle
This RCM rubber pulverizer applies the conical grinding rotor and stator. Without dismantling the machine, the grinding interval can be adjusted via the hand wheel, so as to control the fineness of the finished product. To decrease the temperature rising caused by smashing, this machine is designed with the maximally enlarged cooling area. Its cooling water consumption and water pressure have been increased as well. In addition, the whole machine is equipped with the high pressure and negative pressure suction system.
Our device is designed to make the extremely fine rubber powder in the normal temperature.
Structural Feature
1. Our RCM rubber pulverizer applies the cone shaped rotor and stator. Through the adjustment of the hand wheel, the smashing interval can be conveniently adjusted. Therefore, the product fineness can be controlled with effect.
2. It is designed with the special water cooling structure to timely lower down the heat generated in operation. Its working stability is improved.
3. Its wearing parts are made of hard alloy, which features high hardness and high abrasion resistance. Thus, the lifespan of the equipment is effectively prolonged.
