Description
Our CW double-rotor rod mill is the universal smashing equipment developed in full compliance with the German manufacturing standard. It is ideal for the superfine crushing of special materials, because its pin structure and rotator speed are specially designed based on the special materials. The linear velocity ranges from 80 to 220m/CW. Also, the machine is appropriate for grinding inorganic or organic substances. Therefore, it is extensively utilized to smash the low or medium hardness materials in the sectors, including food, chemical industry, plastic, filling materials, construction materials, medical industry, etc. The finished product fineness can be available from a few microns to tens of microns.

Technical Features
1. The finished product smashed by the CW double-rotor rod mill, comes with the fineness of D99 5µm to 30µm.
2. The mill can handle various materials with the Mohs hardness of 3 to 3.5. The linear velocity is from 100 to 220m/CW.
3. Different needle-bar structure can be selected according to the product category and the finished product fineness that you want.
4. The mill can be made of different material for inert gas transmission, or applies the 3 to 10bar explosion-proof design for the test or large-scale production purpose.
