YZK-1500/2000 Hydraulic Stone Mining Machine

Based on the traditional product, this mining and quarrying hydraulic stone cutter is designed with four cylinders as guide rail and hydraulic cylinder for lifting the principle shaft. The adoption of hydraulic cylinder instead of guide screw makes more stable lifting and longer life of the machine. Due to the small clearance among these parts, the product is compact and stable in structure. Moreover, it is space saving and runs with no shaking. Its abrasion is reduced and this product is enhanced on cutting precision, so is the working life of the blade.

Carrying 3.6m saw blade at maximum, our mining and quarrying hydraulic stone cutter is able to cut the blocks as deep as 170cm. Its cutting width is maximized to 2m so that these blocks can be fully utilized. Due to the fully sealed protection, the cylindrical guide rail is ensured without any contamination. In addition, our special lubricating system increases the working life and using ratio of the machine effectively, reducing the maintenance and cost.
