Arc Shaped Shower Room
The arc shaped shower room, also known as a corner shower cabin, not only ensures more efficient use of the bathroom space, but also makes the assembly easier as it just has 3 sides.
The shower room is made of brand new materials, and recycled material is not used. The main material for tray and roof is 4 mm thick ABS whose surface is treated with acrylic. Because ordinary glass may hurt people when it gets crushed, our company makes the front and back glass boards of the room using 5 mm thick tempered glass. The aluminum alloy 6463, with a thickness of 1.1 mm-1.3 mm, is another major material for the product. There are several surface treatment options for this material, including satin chrome plating, chrome plating or spray painting.
Our arc shaped shower rooms are provided with standard faucet as well as cold and hot water pipes. After assembly, customers just need to connect pipes to the plumbing directly. Then, they can take a comfortable shower anytime.
The support under the tub is iron frame. It is firmly bound to the tub with pure resin and 3 layers of glass fiber. This results in large bearing capacity of the tub, which could be over 100 kg.
Our shower room is designed with two sliding doors and two fixed doors. The rollers used are durable, abrasion resistant, and cause little noise when sliding the door.
Our product comes with many standard functions, including overhead rainfall shower head, multifunctional sliding handle shower, 6 back massage jets, computer control pad, FM/CD connector, hand free phone receiver, digital timer/temperature display, loudspeaker, roof light, ventilation fan, foot massage device, shelf, fog-free mirrors and glass, etc. These functions can be adjusted in accordance with users'actual needs.
Package
All of parts are packed in the bubble bag, and a 5-layer carton box is used to hold bags. Wooden package can also be provided.
