Whirlpool Steam Room

The whirlpool steam room is made using quality materials. For instance, 4 mm thick acrylic capped ABS is the main material for whirlpool bathtub and roof, and no reclaimed material is used. In addition, 5 mm thick tempered glass is used to make the front and back glass boards of the room, so people won't get hurt even if the glass is smashed. Another main material for the product is 1.1 mm-1.3 mm thick aluminum alloy 6463, which could undergo surface treatment like satin chrome plating, chrome plating or spray painting.

The glass and aluminum alloy frame are connected by rubber seals, and there is no need for silicone to achieve waterproof purpose, thereby helping keep the joints clean. For testing the waterproof performance and checking the motor performance, we make the whirlpool bathtub hold water for more than 10 hours.

All of our whirlpool steam rooms are manufactured in accordance with ISO9001:2008 quality management system and receive CE certificate, conforming to EN 14428:2004 A1:2008, EN 14527:2006 A:2010, EN60335-1:2002 14:2010 and EN60335-2-105:2005 A11:2010 standards. They are in compliance with the items established in Annex IV of 2006/95/EC(Low-voltage Directive). All materials used have also obtained the RoHS report. Generally, the standard functions of the whirlpool steam room include overhead rainfall shower head, multifunctional sliding handle shower, 6 back massage jets, computer control pad, FM/CD connector, hand free phone receiver, digital timer/temperature display, loudspeaker, roof light, ventilation fan, foot massage device, fog-free mirrors and glass, as well as shelf. Users can select several or all of functions according to their actual needs.

To suit various demands of the market, we also provide options as follows:
1. 304 stainless steel support under tub: it is stronger and more corrosion resistant than those made of iron.
2. Steam generator with touch screen pad: we guarantee the steam generator for two years, while other manufacturers usually provide a one-year warranty.
3. Thermostatic faucet: it is recommended for developed markets where water purity is good, because the faucet is easier to be blocked than regular ones.
4. Jacuzzi control pad: it is for controlling whirlpool massage.

Package
All of parts are packed in the bubble bag, and the bag is then put in a 5-layer carton box. Wooden package is also available.
