Our oil well truck is unique in its chassis, which is developed by China Sinotruk Special Vehicle Company. This chassis is based on the Steyr King or HOWO chassis in use of mature technology. It can fit the demands of our users for oilfield operation.
This oil well truck comes with China Sinotruk WD615 China Ⅲ type turbocharged and water-cooled diesel engine. Alternatively, it can accord with the needs of our customers to be equipped with the China Ⅱ engine. At present, the chassis has four different series, including 4×2, 6×4, 4×4, and 8×8 series. Its power covers a range from 270Ps to 380Ps.
Standard configurations consist of the Sinotruk HW gearbox, the 430 diaphragm spring clutch, the all-wheel drive truck type ZQC1200 or ZQC2000 transfer case, the Sinotruk enhanced type front or rear drive axle, the WABCO braking system, the imported ZF8098 steering gear, and other advanced assembly components. Among them, the HOWO chassis adopts the currently popular CAN bus communication technology. Additionally, the electronic instrument cluster imported from German VDO is also applied. In this way, the number of vehicle-body wiring harness can be greatly reduced, and the reliability of electrical system can be significantly improved.
