Our HW10 series heavy duty auto transmission features strong load-bearing capacity, compact structure, light weight, and high reliability. Its main box is designed with dual countershaft structure, and its auxiliary box has planetary gear reduction structure. Additionally, the main box can take power in neutral gear. Thanks to the integrated gear selecting-shifting design, our gear can be changed flexibly.
By combining forced lubrication with gear splash lubrication, this heavy duty auto transmission is able to achieve fuller lubrication and applicable for a variety of road conditions. Its operation types are various, including single lever type, double lever type, and direct manipulation type.
Optional Configurations
Selectable types of power takeoff for our heavy duty auto transmission can be HW50, HW70, HW80Q, and some others. Both full aluminum housing of gearbox and retarder are also provided for option.
