Moreover, the fuel tanker truck is unique in its tank body. Thanks to the double-side sand blasting technology, both oxide coating and rust can be removed from the steel plate of tank body. Also, the stress of steel materials is eliminated, and the adhesive force of paint film is obviously enhanced. Then, high quality of both vehicle welding and paint spraying can be achieved.
Our tank body has gone through a CNC automatic welding process. It is designed with longitudinal seams, featuring reliable welding quality and nice appearance. The paint on surface of tank body employs the stoving varnish technique, which provides high brightness and attractive appearance. The closed head of tank possesses arc-shaped structure. It is formed by CNC automatic edge-spinning machine, thus offering nice shape and high strength.

Basic Configurations
Main configurations of this fuel tanker truck include the gear oil pump refueling system, the self-discharging oil system, the oil outlet with/without pressure measurement, as well as the Ningbo flow meter that does not return to zero.
Optional Configurations
1. The tank body can be divided into several compartments, for the purpose of loading different oil products.
2. The top of tank body is designed with the pneumatic guardrail, thereby making the operators safe.
3. Our fuel tanker truck contains the explosion-proof manhole cover, sea valve, oil vapor recovery, as well as the anti-overflow system. This can not only realize the sealed loading on its bottom, but also make our vehicle safe, fast, economical, and eco-friendly.
4. For achieving mobile refueling, this truck can be installed with the zero-return flow meter, the tax-control fuel dispenser, automatic reel, and the oil gun.
5. The optional level gauge and explosion-proof oil dipstick are also available.
6. The insulating layer of our fuel tanker truck adopts any material, such as glass wool, rock wool, or PU foam material. This truck can utilize the steam or the tail gas of engine for heating.
7. Selectable raw material of our tank body can be stainless steel, aluminum alloy, or some others.
