Matt Printing Glaze Powder

The matt printing glaze powder is produced by using high quality raw materials through a series of production processes including mixing, wet grinding, sieving, drying, pulverizing, sorting, etc. It is divided into the P-5110 type, P-5114 type and P-5116 type. The using temperature of the product is from 1100℃ to 1220℃. The glaze layer made by using the product is exquisite and can show soft filamentous or velvet burnish. The glossiness of the glaze layer can be adjusted according to customers' requirements.

The matt printing glaze powder is widely employed for silk screen printing and rubber roller printing of the ceramic wall tile, ordinary printing floor tile and rustic floor tile. We produce the product for silk screen printing with the fineness of no less than 325 meshes. The fineness of the product for rubber roller printing is equal to and greater than 500 meshes. The screen residue for this series of product is no greater than 0.1%.
