The paper faced gypsum partition board adopts the building plaster as the main material. It is the widely used building material featuring light weight, high strength, small thickness, convenient process as well as good soundproof, fireproof and heat insulation performance. The product is one of the new type lightweight plank stuffs with prominent development. It is produced through the processes involving ingredient, molding, drying, edge cutting, stacking and decorative veneer.

Our paper faced gypsum partition board has the common type, waterproof type and fireproof type.

A. Common Type Product
This type of product is used for the occasions without special requirements. The continuous relative humidity of the operation site can not exceed 65%.

B. Waterproof Type Product
The plank core and the protective face paper of the waterproof partition board have been processed with waterproof treatment. According to requirement of the national standard, they must meet certain waterproof requirements. The surface water absorbing amount cannot exceed 160g and the water absorption rate can not be higher than 10%. The product is suitable for the occasions with the continuous relative humidity of no greater than 95% such as washroom and bathroom.

C. Fireproof Type Product
The plank core of the fireproof partition board has been added with fire resistant material and large amount of glass fiber. After cutting the product, you can see many glass fibers at the section. This kind of product is very applicable for the occasion with the requirements of fire protection. It is mainly used for hanging ceiling, separating wall and interior wall veneer.
