Relief Printing Glaze
The raw materials of the relief printing glaze contain feldspar, quartz, clay, etc. The product is produced by ball milling through the ball mill. It is often employed for silk screen printing and rubber roller printing of the ceramic tile such as wall tile, floor tile and rustic tile.
The relief printing glaze is produced with the using temperature ranging from 1100℃ to 1180℃, fineness of 325 meshes and the screen residue of no greater than 0.1%. It has three types with the models of P-9901, P-9902 and P-9903. The ceramic tile made by using the product can get the embossing effect. According to the color and luster, the embossing effect has the transparent type, white matt type and white glossy type.
