Transparent Frit for Wall Tile and Floor Tile

The transparent frit uses feldspar, quartz, calcite and chemical materials as its raw materials. After the firing, the whiteness of the raw materials can exceed 85%. The contents of all the chemical materials are more than 99%. The production technology of the product is that after the charge mixture, deironing, homogenizing and mixing, the raw material is processed in the frit furnace with the temperature of 1550℃ to 1600℃ and then the heat preservation treatment for as long as 24 hours. The product is the transparent granular or flake vitreous solid.

Considering the characteristics of the wall tile and floor tile, our transparent frit adopts the raw materials with high quality and less impurity content to ensure high quality. It has the wall tile type, floor tile type, super flat type and color glaze type. This series of product has the feature of high transparency. By using the product, the finished tile has bright appearance, good surface brightness and high glossiness. Its glaze layer is flat and smooth without pinhole.

The transparent frit is mainly used for the surface decoration of the single firing and double firing floor tile as well as the wall tile. The service temperature of the whole series of product covers the range of 1020℃ to 1200℃. The expansion coefficient ranges from 180×10-7/℃ to 190×10-7/℃. The product is very fit for the production of the majority of ceramic glazed wall and floor tiles.

1. Product for Wall Tile
The WF-936 and WF-935 products has high brightness and glossiness. They are fit for double firing wall tile.
The WF-930 product is the high transparent half white crystal frit with high brightness and glossiness. It is suitable for both single firing and double firing wall tiles.
2. Super Flat Type Product
The WF-938 product performs excellently in brightness, glossiness and transparency. It is applicable for wall tile with special under-glaze decoration effect. The product can also be suitable for single firing and double firing wall tiles.
3. Product for Floor Tile
The WF-923 product is produced with the service temperature of 1150℃ to 1180℃. It has high brightness. The quality of the glaze layer is above the average. The firing range is wide and the price is cheap. The product is often used for single firing floor tile.
With the service temperature of 1170℃ to 1200℃, the WF-927 transparent frit has high brightness, good flatness, high transparency and wide application range. It is fit for fast single firing floor tile.
4. Product for Color Glaze
The WF-931 product is good in brightness, glossiness and flatness. It has brilliant coloring effort for the full colors, especially the unique effect for black color. The glaze layer is ultra flat with high transparency. The product is fit for wall tiles of the single firing and double firing types with the service temperature of 1090℃ to 1130℃. It can be replaced by the WF-932 product which though has larger glaze layer ripple.

The WF-926 product has fine brightness, flatness, transparency and super strong colorace for full colors. It is fit for rapid single firing wall tile. The glaze layer is above average level in quality. It has high coloring effort, especially for reddish brown and black. The product can also be used for red and black flat tiles as well as the floor tile stressing on coloring effort. Its service temperature is slightly lower than WF-923 product.
