Fiberboard

The medium density fiberboard takes usage of wooden fiber or other plant fibers as the raw material and is produced with the raw material added with synthetic resin in the condition of heat and pressure. Its surface is processed through sanding treatment. The density of the artificial plank stuff rages from 0.65 to 0.80g/cm3.

Features
1. The medium density fiberboard is the basic carpentry material.
2. The product has uniform internal structure with moderate density, good dimensional stability, small amount of deformation as well as moderate physical and mechanical properties.
3. Its surface is flat and smooth. The machining performance is good. The sliced veneer or melamine glossy paper can be stuck onto the surface of the product. With the advantage of novel pattern, the product is welcomed for use as the partition board of the furniture and household decoration.
