Luster Ceramic Frit
The raw material of the luster ceramic frit is composed of feldspar, quartz, dolomite, opacifier, rare earth element, etc. The product is made by mixing the raw materials and putting the mixed raw materials into the frit furnace for the process with the high temperature of 1500℃ to 1550℃ and heat preservation treatment for 20 hours. It is the transparent granular vitreous solid.
The luster ceramic frit cannot dissolve in water. It has good stability. After being grinded and put onto various vessels, the product can be fired into a thin vitreous layer. It is suitable for building porcelain, household porcelain and artistic porcelain.
Our product has middle temperature type and high temperature type. Its firing temperature exceeds 1100℃. The service performance is good. By using our product, the user can produce glaze layer with golden or silvery metal luster. The glaze layer has high surface glossiness, good glistening effect and excellent resistance to acid and alkali. The luster ceramic frit is welcomed by the customers.
