Crystal Polished Glaze for Floor Tile

This series of crystal polished glaze is developed especially for floor tile. Aiming at the requirements of floor tile to abrasion resistance as well as color and luster, the product is produced by mixing high quality raw materials and then grinding.

The crystal polished glaze for floor tile has P-818 composed type and P-818Y printing type with the firing temperature of 1170℃ to 1190℃ both. The two types of product have good adaptability. The floor tile made by using the product has good glossiness, high transparency and flat surface. As result of the special formula and production process, the product can get high glaze layer hardness which the general product cannot achieve. After long-term use, the floor tile won't wear off the enamel.
