Pigment for Glaze

The pigment for glaze is produced through firing high level oxide and mineralizer, grinding via ball mill and then a series of processes covering impurity removal via washing, drying, etc. With the content different from each other, the product has diversified colors such as red, yellow, blue, black, green, etc. Meanwhile, the glossiness varies from product to product.

This series of pigment is fit for glaze of different kinds. The firing condition differs depending on the actual model of the product. It is mainly divided into oxidizing atmosphere type and reducing atmosphere type. The product has the merits of strong tinting strength and bright color. After long-term service, it won't fade. The product is praised highly by customers.

Classification
According to the use, the pigment for glaze can be divided into three types.
1. The type for glaze. The product is grinded with the glaze together. The fineness is 250 meshes and the screen residue is no greater than 0.2%.
2. The type for screen printing. The product is used after being mixed with printing glaze and printing medium. Its fineness is 325 meshes and the screen residue is no greater than 0.2%.
3. The type for rubber roller printing. After being mixed with printing glaze and printing medium, the product is used for rubber roller printing machine. Its fineness is 500 meshes and the screen residue is equal to or less than 0.2%.
