Composed Glaze for Homogeneous Tile

The composed glaze for homogeneous tile adopts the raw materials with less impurity. Its advantages are high transparency and less surface defects. The ceramic product made by using our product has high glossiness and no pinhole on surface with low production cost.

The composed glaze contains two types with the models of GS-118X and GS-218X. Its expansion coefficient is 190×10-7/℃ to 240×10-7/℃ and firing temperature is 1140℃ to 1180℃. With excellent service performance available, the product is fit for the homogeneous tile with the dimension of 400×400mm, 500×500mm, 600×600mm and 800×800mm. The GS-118X product is transparent completely. It is the component of finished glaze and has good abrasion resistance. The translucent GS-218X product is also the component of finished glaze. It is the opacified type and used for white homogeneous tile. Customers can choose the appropriate one according to their needs.
