Transparent Printing Glaze

Our transparent printing glaze covers P-8105 type, P-8110 type and P-8114 type with the service temperature of 1050℃ to 1180℃. Featuring excellent transparency and wide firing range, it is popular with customers.

The transparent printing glaze adopts high quality raw materials and is produced through raw materials mixing, wet grinding, sieving, iron removal, drying, pulverizing, sorting, etc. It is mainly employed for silk screen printing and rubber roller printing of ceramic tile. The product fitting for silk screen printing is produced with the minimum fineness of 325 meshes and the screen residue of no greater than 0.1%. The minimum fineness and the screen residue of the product for rubber roller printing is 500 meshes and not more than 0.1%.
