A4 Block Moulding Machine

The block moulding machine is similar to the full automatic brick machine in structure and system configuration. Its new semi-enclosed feeding funnel has a linear reciprocating mesh inside, with which the materials can be speedily and uniformly fed to the mould. By making full use of the effective vibration, the shock force can be equally transmitted to each mould. Through this way, the block density will be greatly improved, and the mold service life will be prolonged, too. Furthermore, this machine is equipped with the specified hydraulic stacker crane, so it can be used for the automatic mass production. It requires less cost.
