DPZ-500 Blister Card Packing Machine

Outer housing of DPZ-500 Blister Card Packing Machine is basically made of stainless steel. The wrapping machine is equipped with a safety door which is also made of stainless steel. Components, which directly contact with goods to be packed, should be made of materials, which conform to medicine wrapping materials standards.

Electrical and pneumatic components are our standard configurations, which include a human machine interface, PLC control, 360 degree encoder with high accuracy, automatic counters, heating plate and emergency stop device. The 90 degree slicer features intermittent drive. Mechanical stepless speed regulation of the friction wheel speed reducer and positive pressure molding can be achieved. The packing machine also performs pneumatic high pressure heat sealing.

Moulds are made according to customers' requirements or samples. Our company can design and produce moulds. The product comes with a set of mould, a set of tools and some wearing parts. Warranty period is one year.

The blister card packing machine is very suitable for paper-plastic packing of household items, stationery, small hardware, cosmetics and medicines. These things include batteries, toothbrushes, pens, glues, plug bases, bearings, etc. The machine is able to improve the grade of finished products.
