DYF-300A Medical Dressing Packing Machine

DYF-300A Medical Dressing Packing Machine is a four side sealed packer designed by our researchers. It is specially aimed at medical dressing industry. The wrapping machine is suitable for packing, heat sealing and horizontal and vertical cutting of sheet products such as medical dressing and gauzes. PLC control makes operation of the whole machine programmed. The whole machine is made up of devices for spreading out packing film, devices for dragging and delivering film, dual row feeders, a batch numbers printer, a heat sealing part which automatically tracks the wrapping film, a horizontal and vertical cutter, as well as a conveyor for finished products. The medical dressing packing machine is provided with many advantages such as novel design, reasonable and compact structure, superior performance as well as easy operation and maintenance.

Features
Speed Regulating-The host machine is controlled by a servo motor, which also achieves speed regulating. Various packing films can be used on the machine.

Touch Screen-The screen is able to display many parameters such as speed of the machine, set bag length, actual bag length, yield, etc. Hence, users can easily know about this information.

Automatic Adjustment of Bag Length-Users can change the bag length directly on the touch screen, which is very easy and convenient.

Automatic Temperature Control-Two sets of temperature controllers are installed on the hot sealing part to maintain the temperature at set points and improve the quality of the seals.

Heat Sealing-Heat sealing position is moved following the wrapping film. Both time and length of heat sealing are adjustable in prescribed limit.

Servo Motor-The wrapping machine is driven by a servo motor. It is very easy to adjust and maintain the machine.
