DSB-220A/500A Medical Plaster Packing Machine

DSB-220A/500A Medical Plaster Packing Machine is based on multifunctional pillow-type automatic packing machine. As a domestic pioneering product, the packer is specially designed and developed by our researchers for packing of medical plasters. The machine combines advanced technology from home and abroad and it is strictly compliant with GMP standards. Making bags, inserting plasters, printing batch numbers, sealing four sides, punching tearing mouth, cutting and transporting finished products can be performed at one process. Coming with a user-friendly human machine interface and six sets of temperature controllers, the wrapping machine is also characterized by two-way automatic correction and front, back photoelectric register. The number of plasters charged to the machine is set freely. The successful trial-production of the machine has put an end to the history of packing plasters by hand. Features and Functions
Programmable Control-PLC is adopted to make operation of the whole packing machine programmed.

Touch Screen-The screen is able to display many parameters such as speed of main machine, set bag length, actual bag length, yield, etc. Hence, users can easily know about this information.

Automatic Adjustment of Bag Length-Users can change the bag length on the touch screen. Computer programs could be applied to automatically adjust the bag length, which is very easy and convenient.

Two-way Compensation Color Code Aligning-Imported photoelectric detecting senor is adopted to detect the color code, which is automatically tracked by PLC computer programs combining with compensation devices, thus achieving quick and accurate color code aligning.

Photoelectric Deviation Rectifying-The function makes bags justified on both sides. Neat and beautiful bags are obtained.

Waste Collector-A magnetic powder control drive is used to ensure strain equalization of packing materials and steady running of the whole medical plaster packing machine.

Automatic Feeding of Medical Plasters-The machine is suitable for packing of plasters with various specifications. One to five pieces plasters can be automatically charged to the machine.
