Transmission Mechanism-High power transmission row chain with new type braking system is used to drive line shaft, thus preventing noise and error of gear transmission.

Electric System-Japan Omron PLC system with HMI or Schneider control system can be applied to make transmission of every station programmed.

Pneumatic System-The system is controlled by encoders. Every actuator is controlled by the PLC system. All components are imported.

Traction System-The blister packing machine is equipped with mechanically operated dual traction device. Dual traction device driven by Panasonic servo motor is optional. Traction system guarantees stability of synchronization of all parts during high speed and long distance operation.

Detection System-Imported shape error detection by camera (can identify medicines with 5% shape error and achieve 100% detection rate) or optical fiber detection is adopted combining rejecting faulty products system. After testing, perforating device marks products short of granules. Then these marked products are removed.

Optional Photoelectric Register Device-Optoelectronic switch measures length, while servo motor controls traction devices. As a result, packing level is improved.

Split Type-The feature makes it convenient for users to enter cleaning workshops, which have already been decorated.

Stainless Steel-All parts are made of 316 or 304 stainless steel to avoid cross contamination. The blister packing machine is in full conformity with GMP standards.
