DCT-250 Blister Packing and Cartoning Line

DCT-250 Blister Packing and Cartoning Line is made up with a DPR-250B blister packing machine (Alu-PVC-Alu), link gear, a cartoning machine and a three dimensional wrapping machine. The line automatically achieves blister packaging of medicines and camera detection, automatically folds leaflets and then inserts medicine plates and leaflets into cartons at the same time. The cartoner automatically rejects products without medicine plates or leaflets. At last, products are wrapped by the three dimensional wrapper.

Every part of the whole capsule/tablet blister packing and cartoning line has an individual PLC human machine interface controlled system. The product features comprehensive performance, coordinated operation and reliable running. The production line is quite suitable for automatic packing of medicines including capsules, tablets, pills and ampoule bottles, health care products as well as food including gums, milk slices and chocolates.

The capsule packing machine is a composite blister packing machine which adopts PVC film and PTP aluminum foil as packing materials. It is suitable for packing of sugarcoated tablets, plain tablets and capsules in many sizes. The machine is also applied to wrap small hardware, electronic components and as food, which all have similar shapes as the medicine mentioned before. The packer features reliable sealing effect, beautiful appearance, compact structure, high degree of automation as well as easy installation and maintenance. The product conforms to GMP standards.

Features
Configuration-The machine is designed based on GMP, CGMP standards and ergonomics principle. An advanced servo intelligent drive and PLC human machine interface are applied. All parts, which come into direct contact medicine packed, are made of SUS316 stainless steel, which achieves high corrosion resistance. The main motor is controlled by a frequency inverter.

Moulds-Moulds and guide rails are designed separately. If users need to change the moulds, they just have to change the whole guide rail. Moulds are installed with pressure plates. Therefore, it is very convenient to install and dismantle these moulds.

Stations-Thanks to modular design of the station structure, each station can be controlled by computerized digital control system. An indentation station is added on the blister packing machine to meet diversified demands of indentation types. Meanwhile, clear indentations and batch numbers can be fully ensured.

Safety-The machine sends alarm signals and stops as soon as PVC runs out or breaks. Emergency stop safety equipment is also available. Safety guard is also applied to ensure safety of operators. As a result, operators shall feel quite safe when they debug the machine or change moulds.
