DZB-250D Flow Wrapping Machine for Pharmaceutical Products

DZB-250D Flow Wrapping Machine for Pharmaceutical Products is specially designed by our researchers for secondary packing of aluminum-plastic medicine plates in pharmaceutical industry. After the secondary packing, those plates achieve better performance of humidity resistance and medicine is well protected from light.

PLC programmable controller makes operation of the whole machine programmed. Equipped with a coding machine, the flow packing machine is capable of printing batch number, production date, expiry date and other information on the outside package. Compared with manual packing, the wrapper reduces the cost of every bag by 20 percent.

Our researchers have also developed an automatic in-feed system which is suitable for many medicine plates with various specifications. With clipping machine and equipment for changing plates and eliminating damaged plates, the pharmaceutical flow wrapping machine achieves higher degree of automation. Then line production has been achieved. All performance indexes conform to GMP standards. The machine has obtained two international patents. The patent numbers are ZL 98 2 45259.4 and ZL 01 2 25955.1.

The machine has passed the certification of new product and new technique. The certification is done by Zhejiang province planning and economic committee. Members of certifying commission have thought that the product is technology intensive and especially the horizontal sealing cutter is pretty innovative and it is at the domestic leading level. They have unanimously agreed that this machine should pass the appraisal of the province-level industrial new product. The packer has been awarded as the national new product of the year 2000 by state economic and trade commission.

Text Display-The TD-200 screen is able to display many parameters such as speed of main machine, set bag length, actual bag length, yield, etc. Hence, users can easily know about this information.

Automatic Adjustment of Bag Length-Users can change the bag length on the TD-200 screen by themselves. Computer programs are capable of automatically adjusting the bag length to set one, which is very easy and convenient.

Two-way Compensation of Color Code Aligning-The color code is detected by imported photoelectric sensor, automatically tracked by PLC computer programs and compensation devices to achieve quick and accurate color code aligning.

Four Sets of Automatic Temperature Controllers-Temperature controllers are installed on every heating part to control the temperatures, thus improving healing effect.

Automatic Feeding of Medicine Plates-The machine is suitable for automatic feeding of medicine plates in many sizes.
