DPP-320F Blister Packing Machine

Based on DPP-250 blister packing machine, DPP-320F blister packing machine is made with technical reform by our researchers according to rationalized suggestions put forward by users. Features and Functions
1.Imported frequency converter is applied. Cutting frequency is in range of from 15 to 60 times per minute. Customers could set appropriate cutting frequencies according to stroke length and type of medicines, which need to be packed.
2. The whole blister packing machine is a combination of two sections. Forming and feeding constitute one section. The other section consists of heat sealing, impressing and cutting. Lengthened distance between the forming and heat sealing improves filling ratio of materials with irregular shapes, which are charged to the wrapper, ensuring rate of finished products when the machine runs with high speed.
3. Traction actuator is made up with feeder, traction and positioning device and collector for slitter edge.
4. Cams are enlarged to increase the distance of running up and down of every station. Hence, the maximum forming depth reaches 26mm. The packer could be used for packing of large pills and it also meets special demands of medical devices and food industry.
5. Five blister plates with standard size 80*57mm can be produced simultaneously, thus improving significantly packing speed.
6. Photoelectric detection devices are available to graphic register. The blister packing machine is also equipped with rejecters for faulty products and products short of pills.
7. The wrapper can be used as ALU-PVC or ALU-ALU packing machine. Orientation U-turn machine of hard capsule is available if required.
8. The blister packer is equipped with PC touch button or PLC system with HMI.
9. The machine is in full conformity with GMP standards.
10. No waste-edge blanking device reduces consumption of packing materials significantly. As a result, every machine could save 65,000 CNY every year.
