DWB-500 Universal Flow Wrapping Machine

Touch screen makes it easy to operate the machine. AC drive motor, which is equipped with a frequency inverter, achieves stepless speed control. Users can change the bag length freely as required. Computer programs are capable of automatically adjusting the bag length to set points, which is very easy and convenient. The heating temperature is controlled by the corresponding PID controller.

A digital display is applied to indicate bag length, packing speed and packing quantity. Built-in LEDs are intended to display packaging error. The electric eye is able to track the printing marks accurately and automatically. Mechanical design leads to easy maintenance. The wrapping machine is very suitable for packaging of solid product such as medical plates, biscuits, burgers, etc.
