Plate Heating-The feature enables the blister card packaging machine to shorten heating time and save energy. The molecular structure of PVC is also well protected from damage. The plate automatically opens to prevent PVC from being too hot when the machine executes an emergency stop. The plate is made of stainless steel, while the heating tube is made of aluminum and coated by anti adhesion materials.
Forming Device-When packing oversized goods, convexity mould should be chosen. PVC is effectively stretched at first. Then, pressure forming ensures thickness uniformity and bright and clear blisters. The device is made of aluminum alloy.
Hot-Sealing Device-The cylinder of heat sealing device is intended to reduce pressure imposed on the wrapping materials and ensure transmission recoiling. The sealing plate and the cylinder rise together when the packer stops. Hence, the packing materials wouldn't be overheated. The device is made of Cr13 stainless steel.
Traction-Mechanically operated traction device is used. The stroke length is digital adjusted, which is accurate and convenient.
Cutting Device-Made of Cr12 bearing steel, the device is designed as concave-convex die scissor type. The cutting frequency is about 20 times per minute.
Variable Speed Adjustment-Taiwan inverter we use achieves stepless speed adjustment. The blister card packaging machine stops when it is overloaded.
Programmable Control-The PLC adopts a touch screen (HMI) unified programming controller. The PLC is imported from Taiwan. Alarm signal will automatically be sent to users when PVC or paper card runs out. Automatic counters are available. There are emergency stop switches installed on both front side and back side of the PLC. Therefore, high safety and convenience can be fully ensured.
Perforating Machine-Perforating machine cover is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti(304) stainless steel.
Waste Collector-With the collector, packing materials can be automatically rewound. The scrap material recycled in horizontal level is as wide as 6mm, while waste material at both sides has a 5mm width.
Tray Making-The blister card packaging machine is specially designed with tray making function. After disabling functions of sucking paper card, preheat sealing and heat sealing in PLC system, the machine starts to make trays automatically.
Split Type-The blister card packing machine can be tore apart into several parts, which makes the machine convenient to carry.
Work Platform-With enclosed interior, the extended double layer work platform is easy to clean.
