DPH-260 Blister Packing Machine

DPH-260 Blister Packing Machine is an integration of plate forming and roller heat sealing. It is suitable for packing of sugarcoated tablets, plain tablets, capsules and pills. It could also be applied to pack goods, such as small hardware, electronic elements, medical devices and food, which have similar shapes as the medicine mentioned before.

Features
1. The whole machine runs with high speed and relatively high stability and accuracy.
2. The widths of both PVC and PTP are 260mm.
3. Plate-type blow molding with positive pressure, roller heat sealing, line sealing or point sealing makes elegant and beautiful sealing patterns.
4. The wrapping machine could work together with general feeders or specialized feeders.
5. The blister packing machine adopts human machine interfaces, PLC control and stepless frequency adjustment. Cutting frequency is ranging from 20 to 160 times per minute and it is decided based on the length of the plates.
6. The finished products are internally heated and sealed. The temperature is controlled automatically. As a result, forming, sealing and printing batch number can be achieved right and reliably.
7. An extended filling platform is used to improve the rate of finished products. Conveyor belts, camera detection devices and photoelectric register devices are also available.
8. No waste edge blanking in vertical and horizontal directions saves packing materials by 10 percent.
