DZB-250D-DXH-200 Flow Wrapping and Cartoning Line

DZB-250D-DXH-200 flow wrapping and cartoning line is an automatic packaging production line. The wrapper puts goods into bags at first. Then these bags are transported by conveying devices. The speed of charging is controlled by a servo motor. At last, the bags are inserted into cartons. Then line production is achieved.

The line is suitable for wrapping with moisture proof bags and cartoning of medicine, food and cosmetics. As a result, what is packed achieves higher performance of moisture protection and dust prevention. The packed goods are also well protected from light. The production line leads to higher production efficiency and qualified rate and thus reduces significantly labor intensity and production cost.

The wrapping and cartoning line is able to cooperate with aluminum plastic packaging machine, three dimensional packaging machine or other equipment. The whole machine conforms to GMP standard. Considering that there is a difference between speeds of the wrapper and the cartoner, two flow wrappers and one high speed cartoner should work together to form a whole production line.
