Sintered Tube Filter

This sintered tube filter is made of multilayer sintered wire mesh through some steps. Several layers of wire mesh are overlapped together, and then sintered in the vacuum sintering furnace. Finally, they are rolled into tubular shape and treated with welding process. The production materials include the SUS304 (AISI304), SUS316 (AISI316) as well as SUS316L (AISI316L). Products made of other special alloy materials like the Hastelloy, Monel and the Inconel are also available.

1. As a result of high mechanical strength, the cylindrical sintered filter element can maintain a steady filtration performance under high pressure.
2. It is easy to clean, especially for backwashing.
3. Corrosion and high-temperature resistance are the other two excellent properties.
4. A wide filtration rating of 1μm to 250μm is achievable.
5. The minimum outer diameter of our product can be as small as 10mm, and the filtration rating is 1μm.
