The sintered filter cartridge is made of several layers of square plain woven mesh. First, multiple layers of square woven mesh with different structures are laminated, and sintered together in the vacuum furnace, then rolled into tubular shape or cylindrical shape. Finally they are welded. Thanks to the large opening ratio, this product features good air permeability, small resistance and large flow. Depending on these features, the sintered filter cartridge is mainly used for gas and water filtration.

On the other hand, the standard materials for our sintered filter cartridgeinclude SUS304 (AISI304), SUS316 (AISI316) and SUS316L(AISI316L). Products made of Hastelloy, Monel,Inconel and other special materials can be customized.
