The sintered filter basket is made of multilayer sintered wire mesh and the perforated plate. This product has higher strength and is much easier for backwashing because of the support of the perforated plate, and it is mainly applied in the industries like water treatment, food and beverage, etc. Additionally, the thickness of the perforated plate and the structure of the sintered wire mesh can be customized.

Production Materials
The SUS304 (AISI304), SUS316 (AISI316) and the SUS316L (AISI316L) are the main materials used for producing the sintered filter cartridge. Meanwhile, Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel and other special alloy materials can be used to make our product as well.
