Sintered Filter for Sand Control

We adopt multiple layers of plain-woven square mesh to produce the sintered filter for sand control. Several layers of square mesh with different structures are laminated, and then sintered together. After they are rolled into tubular or cylindrical shape, welding process isapplied, and our product is manufactured.

This product possesses many advantages due to the large opening percentage, such as small resistance, good permeability, large flow rate, etc. Based on these, it is mainly used to hold sand particles and other impurities in petrol exploitation, and it is also suitable for the filtration of air and water. In addition, the filtration rating and specification can be customized.
