HM-BD600 Semi-Automatic Rigid Box Making Machine

The HM-BD600 semi-automatic rigid box making machine differs from the HM-ZD600 type only in that the former does not include a corner pasting unit. As the word "semi-automatic" suggests, operators need to put the base box onto the conveyor by hands.

This series of machine is able to coat the wrapping paper with an even, thin layer of glue, which greatly reduces the adhesive consumption. The rapid die cut tool change system reduces the machine downtime and saves production time. A robotic arm is used to pick up the base box and place it on top of the glued paper for wrapping. The arm is comprised of the rail and slider. It is highly stable and resists wear. For the purpose of controlling the number of boxes fed into the production line per minute, the feed rate controller is used. The whole production process is carried out in an independent manner, which saves labor cost and improves productivity.

1. The rigid box making machine can bring out various kinds of rigid boxes.
2. Manufacturing errors and machine malfunction are automatically displayed on the screen thanks to the computer control system.

5. The exhaust fan is mounted right under the conveyor to suck up enough air the hold the glued paper onto the conveyor belt so that the paper does not deviate from the set course.
6. At the wrapping machine, the four sides of the base box are wrapped with glued paper and flaps are folded.
7. Semi-finished base box (which is made of cardboard) needs to be positioned precisely on top and in the center of the glued paper in order to form a desirable finished rigid box. To control the positioning precision, a spotter is employed with spotting accuracy of 0.2mm.
8. The PLC system, photoelectric detector, and the friendly human-machine interface with touch screen work in combination to ensure an automatic box production process.
9. Machine failure is automatically diagnosed, and accordingly the alarm triggers a warning.
10. The rigid box making machine can be reconfigured to adapt to various box production processes.
11. Automatic control system for glue viscosity ( optional).
