Food Roaster

The food roaster is designed to lower the moisture content of products, offers the stainless steel belt with double drive chains which comes with the self-aligning function. Both ends of stainless steel belt is equipped with stainless steel damper, preventing any material sliding down or coming into contact with the surface of surrounding wall. Proper adjustment of the belts at inlet and outlet of roaster as well as the end of every layer will ensure waste minimization.

Our food roasting machine is configured with insulated doors at both ends for convenient cleaning and maintenance after shutdown. The doors are characterized by good thermal insulation properties. Moreover, they offer the maximum temperature of 40 ℃, thereby avoiding the occurrence of scalding during operation.

There is a temperature sensor and temperature controller in the control cabinet. Also, this device is applied with a gas burner to heat air inside the oven and a blower for recycling the air and ensuring the combustion gases of the burner to be out of touch with the product. Additionally, the temperature and belt speed in every layer is fully controlled by the inverter.
