Food Coating Machine

The food coating machine makes use of cylindrical drum by using of which the corn flakes can be flavored with sugar, honey, or cocoa, thus creating frosted or cocoa flakes. The drum or roller is made with stainless steel and processed with argon arc welder. It is driven by intermeshing gear instead of contact pulley. The oil sprayer can allow the oil spray to be distributed uniformly on the surface of materials.
This equipment offers a double walled heating tank with hot water inlet and hot water outlet. The tank together with its required fittings is fully manufactured from stainless steel and treated with argon arc welder like the drum. Furthermore, the food coating machine is also configured with a stirrer and pump. The pump speed can be adjusted by inverter.
