Paperboard Stacker

Our paperboard stacker is one of the most popular auxiliary equipment for our paper box making machines. It serves to collect and stack the corrugated sheets and other types of paperboards during the making of paper boxes.

It features the following designs:
1. Sheet carrying arm
Manual or automatic operation is available. The paperboard stacking unit supports independent adjustment of the drive belt tightness, which is not restrained by the belt length.

2. Elevating platform
(1) The elevating platform is driven by a strong chain, and the stacking height reaches to 1600mm.
(2) The drive motor for the paperboard stacker is available with braking function, thus allowing the platform to keep steady and prevent sliding down during operation.
(3) Safety device is installed to ensure safety of operators during operation.
(4) Additionally, the stacking machine utilizes rippled conveyor belt to prevent the sliding of paperboards.

3. Sheet baffle
The pneumatic baffle automatically stretches out and carries paperboard when the paperboard stacking reaches to the due height. The sheet stacker supports manual adjustment of the back baffle position.
