XT-D Series Rotary Die Cutting Machine

The rotary die cutting machine is designed for die cutting of paperboards, and it is one of our most popular box making machines. While supporting independent use, the die cutting equipment can also be used in combination with other types of paper converting equipment such as the four color printing machine and paper creasing machine, so as to maximize working efficiency.

The rotary die cutter supports manual adjustment of the lateral movement of the die cutting tool, within the range of 10mm. The rotation angle of the cutter head is adjusted by a computer or an electric control unit, and the value is digitally displayed.

In order to ensure the long service life of die cut mat, the rotary die cutting machine is designed with a special surface finishing unit to ensure consistent surface quality of the rubber mat, and is also available with a mechanical device that allows the rubber mat to move crosswise within the range of 30mm.
