Bi-Metal Hole Saw

The bi-metal hole saw is applied to bore hole in steel material. Its material can be M3 and M42 grade. The product is mainly comprised of saw blade with sawtooth, core column and center drill. The saw blade and the center drill are fixed on the core column. The teeth on the saw blade are staggered along with the edge with certain spacing between two teeth. The product features fast hole boring speed, steady cutting, small vibration and high durability.

Through spotting drill, the bi-metal hole saw is used by matching with the electric hand drill. The product with pitch of 4 to 6 sawteeth per inch is suitable for processing multi-layer board, plasterboard, nonferrous metal, aluminum plate, steel pipe, steel plate and stainless steel plate. It is multifunctional and long lasting. The product with the pitch of 10 sawteeth per inch is fit for working on steel pipe, steel plate and stainless steel.

Characteristics
1. By using bi-metal material, the service lifetime of the bi-metal hole saw is extended by 30%.
2. After adding 8% of Co element into the material, the product has harder sawtooth. It can process wood, plasterboard, artificial marble slab, plastic product, nonferrous metal, aluminum material, steel plate, stainless steel plate and more within a wide range.
3. The unique variable tooth pitch design can achieve fine cutting that the constant tooth pitch product can get and also the unique dual function of fast cutting and easy debris discharge.
4. Compared with other products, our bi-metal hole saw has better tooth performance in resistance to breakage and fracture.
5. The cutting depth can get to 38mm.
6. The cutting diameter ranges from 14mm to 210mm.

Precautions for Use
When using the product to cut the wood, you should pull the electric tool up and down for facilitating debris discharge. The cooling liquid is recommended for use to prolong the service lifetime of the product when it is employed to cut the metal material.
