Low Bed Semi-trailer
The low bed semi-trailer is primarily used to transport heavy-duty construction machinery as well as for loading bulk cargo or lengthy cargo. Its rated load capacity can be set in a range of data between 15t and 50t.
Configurations
Frame
The low bed semi-trailer frame or the main structure of the chassis is comprised of two main longitudinal beams (Q345B/ST52-3), one transverse beam (Q235 steel channel), and 4mm-thick checker plate, featuring great strength.
Running Gear
1. Vehicle Axle: Fuhua axle with a load capacity of 11.5t
2. Suspension: 9×16×90 leaf spring
3. Kingpin: 2” welded structure
4. Landing Gear(supporting legs of the semi-trailer which can be lowered): mechanical linkage with double speed
5. Braking System: dual air break system, WABCO brake valve
6. Electrical System: 24v (voltage), seven-pin female trailer plug, various kinds of lamps (meet the China standard).

Surface Treatment
1. Pretreatment: whole chassis structure sandblasting
2. Painting: zinc-rich primer top coating. Customers can select the coating color according to their own liking.
