1. General Description
We have developed the LC-5000 rigid PU foam dedicated for packaging. LC-5000 system comes with low density, flexible structure, and good shock absorption. During the packaging process, it is used with small size injection machines to prevent the damage of glass, porcelain, spare parts, or other products.

This rigid PU foam system for packing is composed of Isocyanate and Polyol blend. Its average density range is from 10 kg/m3 to 15 kg/m3.

2. Product Performance
The LC-5000 system has good flowability and short demoulding time. It can make PU foam with uniform fine cells.
