Our diesel and gas generator set integrates the superior reliability of the diesel genset with the economical and environmentally-friendly benefits of the gas genset. By adoption of the state-of-the-art ECU automatic control technology, the engine is able to work with the existence of both diesel oil and natural gas, or biogas.
Additionally, our diesel and gas generator set can achieve the conversion between diesel and gas. In other words, it can run by utilizing only diesel oil, if there is no fuel gas. Under normal circumstances, the fuel gas can replace the diesel oil of 60% to 80%, which significantly lowers the operating cost and simultaneously reduces the emission pollution.

Merits
1. This diesel and gas generator set is able to save a large amount of diesel oil consumed, thus effectively reducing cost. Its rated power remains unchanged with the existence of dual fuel or only diesel oil. Its dynamic property is the same as that of the original diesel engine. The replacement rate of natural gas can reach 70% in the high-load condition.
2. When no natural gas exists, our diesel and gas generator set can still work with the help of only diesel oil.
3. By reducing the exhaust emissions, the air mass is changed, and the natural ecosystems are protected. Then, our living environment is improved.
4. Through the fuel option switch, the diesel and gas generator set can achieve the conversion between pure diesel oil mode and dual fuel mode. The dual fuel mode can be automatically changed into diesel oil mode. When in use of the dual fuel mode, the amount of diesel oil will be limited to be approximately 20% to 30% of full load. The residual power requirement can be satisfied by utilizing natural gas.
Safety and Reliability
1. The all-digital controller is used to achieve reliable and precise control. It allows the diesel and gas generator set to be at its optimal state.
2. When the engine adopts the pure diesel oil operating mode, the electromagnetic valve will automatically cut off the supply of natural gas.
3. Under the same load condition, the cylinder temperature in use of dual fuel mode is generally 20℃ to 30℃ lower than that in use of pure diesel oil mode. However, their exhaust temperatures are almost identical. The water tank originally configured in the diesel engine can achieve the required cooling effect.
