1. Product Overview
The LVB(T)-35~220 series of oil immersed current transformer is applicable to current measurement, electric power metering, and relay protection in the power system. It meets the requirements of the GB1208-2006 "Current Transformer".
2. Product Structure
Our 35~220KV oil immersed current transformer has a fully enclosed structure and it adopts oil paper compound insulation for the main insulation. It is composed of the primary winding, main body, expander, conservator, insulator, pedestal, and the secondary terminal box.
The primary and secondary windings are set in the conservator. The outgoing line of the secondary winding is led to the secondary terminal box through the wiring board.
The stainless steel expander on upper of the equipment can adjust the oil volume according to the change in temperature.

4. Features
a. The primary winding crosses the geometric center of the product body. This ensures strong dynamic and thermal stabilizing capabilities. The thermal stability current reaches 50-63kA/3s.
b. Measurement and protection secondary winding is mounted in the shield case to prevent high voltage damaging secondary instrument and control system in the event of high energy discharge.
c. The primary winding is easily switched between series connection and parallel connection. The secondary terminal box has a protection grade of IP54, and the secondary winding is provided with pluggable terminal blocks to facilitate onsite connection.
d. The product inner sleeve adopts multiple end shielding structures. After optimal design, the field distribution along the inner and outer surface of porcelain bushing is more uniform.
e. The base, conservator, and terminal box are made of cast aluminum alloy. The expander, nameplate, and standard parts are made of stainless steel. These solve the problem of rusting.
f. The main insulating media, such as high voltage cable paper, semi-conductive paper, transformer oil, etc., are all imported, thus ensuring excellent insulation performance of the product.
g. The adoption of pressure-regulating vacuum drying treatment ensures that the product has low dielectric loss. The dielectric loss factor is less than 0.3%.
h. All the components of our 35~220KV oil immersed current transformer are subject to pressure leakage test before and after assembly, and the main components are connected by TIG welding, which solves the oil leakage problem of oil immersed product.
