3H7800 Super Engineering Grade Reflective Film

The 3H7800 super engineering grade reflective film is mainly for the production of reflective traffic signs used on the high grade road, and the construction area sign. It can be processed via the silk screen printing and computer carving operation. The product is up to the provision about the third grade reflective sheeting in the national standard GB/T 18833-2002 of Retro-reflective Sheeting for Road Traffic Signs.

The super engineering grade reflective film adopts the glass bead embedded structure. The high-quality glass beads endow the product with long visibility and glorious wide angle performance. Manufactured by using the crosslinked acrylic resin for the surface film, the product has not only excellent weathering resistance of up to seven years, but also good hydrophobic effect. Even in rainy day, it still has favorable retroreflective effect to guarantee the sign plate with good visibility.
