3H1800 High Intensity Grade PMMA Reflective Film

The 3H1800 high intensity grade PMMA reflective film is compliant with the provision about the second grade reflective sheeting in national standard GB/T 18833-2002 of Retro-reflective Sheeting for Road Traffic Signs. Featuring high light reflection performance and long-term weathering resistance, it is a kind of reflective sheeting with glass bead encapsulated capsule type structure. The product is manufactured by planting the glass beads onto the high polymer resin coating. Via the embossing process, the unique air cell structure is formed.

The high intensity grade PMMA reflective film is the sealed type with high durability. It is brighter than the engineering grade product by at least three times. The product is largely used for fabricating traffic signs. Even the traffic sign is in the bright environment or in the case of large angle, it can still be seen clearly owing to the product. That can effectively tell the driver the dangerous situation of the road ahead.
